NeverMiss™ is operated by NeverMiss Holdings LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

1. General Policy

All orders are processed through third-party vendors.

Refunds are issued at the discretion of NeverMiss™.

2. Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be provided if:

• Order is not delivered
• Significant service failure occurs
• Order is canceled by NeverMiss™

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided for:

• Late cancellations
• Incorrect delivery information
• Minor product variations

4. Service Interruptions

If NeverMiss™ discontinues service, we may provide:

• Refunds
• Credits
• Up to 90 days' notice before stopping fulfillment

5. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact NeverMiss™ before initiating chargebacks.
